Our Adults service is all about giving you the support you need to live the life you want. We can help you explore your interests, learn new skills or get more involved in your community. We\u2019ll also help you build on your strengths and become more independent.\n\n\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our specialists will work with all the people in your child\u2019s life. Whether you\u2019re at home or out in the community we\u2019ll help you navigate the challenges and support you when you need it.<\/p>

You\u2019ll have access to Castlemaine Health\u2019s network of experts. You\u2019ll also have your own key worker who will develop a program based on your needs and help you manage it. So everything is really simple.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
