Welcome to Dhelkaya Health’s Women’s Health Clinic. This is a specialist gynaecology clinic staffed with a women’s health nurse and gynaecologist. We are a referral-based service with no out-of-pocket expenses
What we do
The Women’s Health Clinic provides care across a range of women’s health needs, including, but not limited to:
gynaecological health and concerns
pelvic pain and endometriosis
menstrual and period concerns
menopause and perimenopause care
sexual and reproductive health
contraception and family planning
abortion services
assessment and management of common gynaecological conditions
procedures and minor surgical care
referral to other health professionals and specialist services when required.
Our service will continue to develop in response to the needs of our local community.
HOW WE WORK
The Women’s Health Clinic provides care that is:
- person-centred – focused on your individual needs, circumstances and goals
- inclusive – welcoming and respectful of people of all genders, backgrounds, ages, cultures, sexualities and abilities
- collaborative – working with you and, where appropriate, your GP and other healthcare professionals
- accessible – providing local care wherever possible, reducing the need to travel outside the community for women’s health services
- connected – helping coordinate your care across different health professionals and services.

WHERE WE ARE
Our Women’s Health Clinic is located at Dhelkaya Health’s Castlemaine Campus in Spencely House. The clinic works alongside the hospital’s existing services, including maternity, operating theatre, and allied health services to provide holistic car
