Adults

Our Adults service is all about giving you the support you need to live the life you want. We can help you explore your interests, learn new skills or get more involved in your community. We’ll also help you build on your strengths and become more independent.

Our specialists will work with all the people in your child’s life. Whether you’re at home or out in the community we’ll help you navigate the challenges and support you when you need it.

You’ll have access to Castlemaine Health’s network of experts. You’ll also have your own key worker who will develop a program based on your needs and help you manage it. So everything is really simple.

Making friends and learning new skills

Being with friends and enjoying life in the community is important. It builds self-esteem, keeps us active and makes us feel connected.

Maybe you want to enjoy your favourite activities and meet some new people. Learn a few new skills or become more independent. Take a holiday or learn to drive.

We can help you reach your goals and connect with people with similar interests. We can help you develop your independent living skills. We can also provide respite and support for the carers in your life. Link to [Group Activities/Out & Out Club]

Maybe you’d like to improve your health by eating better but you need some help with modifications at home. We can work with you to understand your goals and help you make a plan to reach them. We’ll build on your strengths and increase your abilities and skills.
