The Mount Alexander Shire Council website has a page dedicated to emergency information, including emergency relief centres open in Bendigo, Kyneton and Castlemaine.

Dhelkaya Health is attending the Castlemaine recovery centre daily, and is providing:

  • Health advice and support – from our team of registered nurses and other health professionals
  • Mental health support  – from our counsellors and family services team
  • Housing support – coordination of short-term accommodation options and providing general advice and information
  • Supporting access to shower facilities at Camp Reserve
  • Residential age care – information about emergency respite.
