Welcome to the Dhelkaya Health Memorial Service 2024.

This Memorial Service is for anyone who has lost a loved one between 1 December 2022 and 30 November 2023 while receiving care at Dhelkaya Health. This includes family, friends, colleagues and carers, staff and volunteers.

The service goes for 30 minutes. You may like to watch it alone or in the presence of others. You may also like to gather a few items of significance – candles, photos, keepsakes – to have with you as you watch this. A Memorial Booklet is also available, which can be printed out, viewed online, or posted on request.

We’re conscious watching this Memorial Service has the potential to raise difficult emotions. There are important resources listed at the end of the video to offer you further support.
