Join our volunteer guide Helen McBurney as we discover the stories of Maldon’s past on a guided walk through its historic cemetery, set at the foot of Mount Moorul (Rock of Ages).

Established in 1861, the cemetery holds over 7,500 burials and is unique for having no separate religious sections – people were laid to rest in chronological order, creating a truly shared history.

Wear sturdy shoes due to uneven ground. Event will be cancelled in heavy rain.
