COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic update

Over the last few weeks our onsite COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic has seen a gradual decrease in expressions of interest via our website for first dose COVID-19 vaccinations.

The decrease is due to very high vaccination rates in our shire and it’s a trend we’re seeing reflected across the Loddon Mallee region due to high vaccine uptake.

Our local 12-15 age group has taken up vaccination very enthusiastically and this has helped our shire achieve its high vaccination rate of 92.4% first dose and 70.4% second dose.

Our COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic team are still busy vaccinating people returning for second doses but we have a limited number of bookings for Pfizer vaccine available next week (18-22 October).

Please get in touch if you’re interested in bringing your second booking forward or would like to secure your first dose. Just give our friendly staff a call on 5471 3555 (option 5) and they can check our bookings schedule.

Please remember that the minimum interval between first and second doses is 21 days. Additionally, you must live within the Loddon Mallee region, have not attended a lockdown area in the last 14 days, must not be awaiting a COVID-19 test results and be free from COVID-19 symptoms at the time of your appointment.
