We were delighted to welcome Maree Edwards MP and Bendigo TAFE to Dhelkaya Health on Friday, 27 April to announce that the Diploma of Nursing qualification is now open!
Bendigo TAFE is now officially taking enrolments for the Diploma of Nursing. Intake begins in April for this two-year course.
This new accreditation is a significant milestone for the Learning Hub and our region. For the first time, local students can train to become Enrolled Nurses right here at home without the burden of travel or high fees.
It means local people can gain hands-on skills in a real health service environment, build connections with Dhelkaya Health’s dedicated teams, and move straight into meaningful employment close to their families and communities.
The Learning Hub is a collaboration between Dhelkaya Health and Bendigo TAFE to train up to 60 students at a time who will gain hands-on skills using specialist equipment designed to simulate real-world healthcare settings. The Learning Hub offers practical training and hands-on experience in nursing, aged care and allied health.
