Dhelkaya Health is updating its Strategic Plan and we want our community members to have their say.
The new Strategic Plan, which will guide Dhelkaya Health through to 2031, will set the direction for how our local health services evolve and how care continues to support and respond to people’s needs across Mount Alexander Shire and beyond.
As a community-based health service, Dhelkaya Health believes the best plans are built with the people they serve. That’s why we want to hear feedback from our community on what is working well, what can be improved, and what opportunities should be considered to support the health and wellbeing of the region into the future.
How can you get involved?
There are several ways to share your thoughts:
- Complete the community survey
- Visit the Dhelkaya Health community pop-up outside MAXI IGA on Tuesday, 9 June from 3.30pm to 5.30pm and on Tuesday, 23 June from 9am to 11am.
Whether you are a patient, resident, volunteer, carer, family member, or simply someone who lives in the community, your perspective is important.
The survey will remain open until midnight on Sunday, 5 July 2026.
Feedback gathered through the survey and community conversations will help inform Dhelkaya Health’s priorities, services and investment decisions over the next five years.
Together, we can help shape a healthier future for our community.
Have your say today and be part of the conversation.
