R U OK? Day at Castlemaine Health

RUOK? It’s a great question and this is a real cake.

Staff gathered on R U OK? Day 2018 to share a piece of RUOK? cake in the Quick Fix Cafe and have a chat about the importance of asking this really simple question.

By asking RUOK?, you’ll be giving someone the opportunity and time to share their feelings. You’ll also extend a sense of connection and belonging to someone who might really need it.

If you’re not sure how to ask, here are four steps to follow:
1. Ask RUOK?
2. Listen without judgement
3. Encourage action
4. Follow up

Remember, a conversation could change a life.
