Nordic Walking group members in the Castlemaine Botanic Gardens

Term 3 welcomes new walkers to Nordic Walking Groups

Nordic Walking is a full-body exercise that uses special poles to activate your upper body as you walk. It’s also a great workout for those who have
joint issues such as arthritis.

Term 3 for Nordic Walking Groups is about to get underway for new walkers. Dates for the term are 21 July to 19 September 2025.

There are two groups welcoming new members.

In Castlemaine, new members are invited to join the Nordic Walking Group that meets on Mondays at 2pm. The group meets in the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens in the playground carpark.

In Harcourt, new members are invited to join the Nordic Walking Group that meets opposite the CFA shed on Tuesdays at 4pm.

Continuing members in Castlemaine will meet as usual on Fridays in Castlemaine.
