Theatre staff thank community for new equipment

Dhelkaya Health’s Theatre staff took time out from their busy schedule to thank the Mount Alexander community for their help with the purchase of four new theatre trolleys. These smiling faces show how much this equipment has made a difference.

With the new trolleys already in use, Theatre staff are reporting how they enable them to more easily position and move patients. This helps protect staff from injuries that can occur when lifting and maneuvering patients. Patients also benefit from having a more comfortable stay.

The Theatre team are so grateful to the community for their generous support to the Equipment Appeal 2023, as well as to Run the Maine and Murray to Moyne organisers and participants! This is a great example of what community can achieve to improve the experience for patients and staff.

The team is committed to providing excellence in local care here in Mount Alexander, and your support means so much to them. Fundraising is vital to bridge the gap between funding and the needs that maintain and improve the services for you and your family.

Huge thanks to everyone from the theatre staff! Heathier together!
